“Having qualified as a Body Control Pilates Instructor in 2005, my dream has always been to run my classes from a professional space. A studio - with mirrors and a wooden floor! A space conducive to the practice of a method such as pilates, calm, clean and bright. A space where small equipment can be housed allowing for greater diversity of teaching within the classes. A designated space where clients would enjoy spending their leisure time! Our premises in Oakham is perfect!”

Class Descriptions - Intro to Pilates 

The starting point for anyone new to Pilates. Intro will enable you to master your Pilates ABC's (Alignment, Breathing and Core Stability) through a range of beginner exercises. This paves the way for other classes... please contact us to make a booking enquiry 

Core Pilates 

This will take you through the essentials of the Pilates mat repertoire. You will develop your Pilates technique and skills by means of a balanced, total body workout focusing particularly on your core! 

Core Plus Pilates 

Core but with more! You will build on your Pilates foundations with more challenging levels of movement and small equipment will be introduced. 

Dynamic Pilates 

A class with more pace. A flowing mat class designed to build your endurance, strength and stability often using equipment such as toning circles, overballs, toning balls and stretch bands.
